Bernhard Riemann (1826-1866) conjectured in 1859 that every nontrivial zero of the zeta function has real part exactly 1/2, lying on the critical line. The conjecture is still open and is one of the Clay Millennium Prize Problems.
This site is a reference directory of the researchers most active on the Riemann hypothesis and adjacent problems (the critical line, pair correlation of zeros, moments of zeta, Dirichlet L-functions, and the random-matrix connection).
